Stacy Lattisaw (born on November 25, 1966 in Washington, D.C.) is a former R&B music singer from the ’80s.
Stacy met up 1979 at age of only 11 with Fred Knight from the TK Records label.
He wrote a song called Ring My Bell for her but her parents then signed her up for a contract with another label.
That song was later to be recorded by Anita Ward and was a major disco-hit and a floorfiller
all over the world.
Stacy at age of 13 released  Narada Michael Walden produced album Let Me Be Your Angel, including her two biggest hits ever Dynamite and Jump to the Beat.
